We want you to love your knitting project, but if you change your mind, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that yarn must be in its original skein form and kits must be complete to be eligible for a refund.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused items, including yarn, needles, and patterns, back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Request a Return Label
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to generate a prepaid shipping label and select the items you wish to return.
Ship the Items
Affix the printed return label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
